And so the upcoming Labor Day weekend marks the unofficial end of Summer. Hard as it is to believe, this difficult year is now two-thirds behind us (the Halloween decorations no doubt will soon appear).
How fast time passes.
So what will we do?
We will sit and develop that wonderful stillness within and without- as we have for more than a decade in our center and as others have for thousands of years before us. We will sit in noble silence and bask in the warmth of our shared practice.
And, as it is the first Sunday of the month, we also will chant during the second round.
On a personal note: I don’t expect to be there this Sunday, but I hope you will consider joining the sitting.
