I am happy to report that for our sesshin this past weekend we had a small,
but dedicated group. We were six people sitting on Thursday, five on
Friday, eight on Saturday and nine on Sunday. And we had lots of time for
sitting and for Dokusan.
Roshi Zoomed in for Teisho on Friday and Saturday. In addition, on Sunday
we listened to Sunya Roshi’s Teisho, which was really fine.
I am also happy to report that the Center is clean and neat on the inside.
But outside? Not so much. We really need a strong turn out at the yard work
day on October 23rd. It’s a bit – maybe even more than “a bit” – overgrown
Overall, things are good. And I hope you can make it this Sunday.
