Thursday, September 23rd

6:30pm-8:30pm: Opening tea ceremony and zazen

8:30p-close: Open practice
 

Friday, September 24th and Saturday, September 25th

8: 30am-10:30am:  Zazen and Teisho (talk begins at 9:15am. EST)

10:30am-11:00am  Work Period

11:00-12noon  Lunch and Rest

12noon-2:00pm:  Zazen and chanting

2:00pm-2:30pm  Yoga and Rest

2:30pm-4:30pm:  Zazen and dokusan (dokusan begins at 2:45pm, EST)

4:30pm-close:  Open practice
 

Sunday, September 26th

9:30am-11:30am: Zazen and Teisho (time depends on Windhorse schedule)

11:30am-12:30pm: Closing circle
